Goblet squat and press
Stand with legs slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and toes slightly pointing out. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and rest them at shoulder height, facing forward. Squat down and as you push up out of the squat position, push the dumbbells up in a shoulder press. Lower the dumbbells and lower back into the squat without pausing in between moves.
