This time-saving 15-min total-body toner will help get you into shape for the summer, working your body from head to toe. This workout should be performed 1-2 times a week and can be completed in just quarter of an hour! Each set of reps lasts 30 seconds, with 10 seconds to get ready for the next move. Do the circuit twice in the allotted time, and if you don’t have access to a timer, perform 10 reps of each exercise in the circuit and repeat. If you have more time, perform the circuit up to four times.

Jumping Jacks

Begin with your feet together and your hands at your sides, then jump while raising your arms and separating your legs to the side. Land with your legs slightly wider than hip-width apart and arms overhead. Jump again while lowering your arms to your starting position. On completion of one rep, flow straight into the next rep to get a continuous movement going.
