Looking to sculpt that upper body? Try these three simple shoulder shapers

We all want trim and toned arms so we can rock those vests with confidence, right? But sometimes we focus a little too much on the biceps and triceps and completely overlook the shoulders. A pair of sculpted shoulders really top off a tight and toned-looking upper body, so throw these three moves into your arms workout and watch your body transform.

Try 10 reps of each move for 3-5 sets depending on your level, using weights heavy enough to provide a challenge all the way through.
