Whether it’s travelling or cutting back on spending that’s keeping you from your gym, there’s no need for your fitness to suffer. A resistance band is a convenient and effective piece of kit that is so compact, you can even take it on holiday with you.
It can provide resistance in a similar way to weights if you use it correctly, and is super cheap. We definitely recommend investing in one!
Check out this fun and easy upper-body workout using just the resistance band that will whip you into shape at home, at the park or in the hotel room. All levels perform 10 reps of each move back to back without rest, then take 30-45 seconds’ rest after one set of each move is complete. Then repeat for a total of 5 sets.
