Shoulder press

Instructions

Stand on one end of the band and hold the other end by your shoulder, elbow close to the body.

Push straight up to the ceiling extending the arm.

Lower slowly and repeat.

Perform the reps on each arm before moving on.

Top tip:
Make sure you push up directly above your shoulder
