Whether you’re wrapped up in skinny jeans during the winter or have your pins on show in the summer, it’s always the right time of year for a leg workout.

Get perfect pins with our easy, fun and effective workout that works all areas of the legs: quads, hamstrings and calves. We’ve also thrown in some great butt exercises – your legs would be nothing without its partner in crime!

Perform 10 reps of each move for 3-5 sets depending on your level, moving on to the next move after each set in a circuit style. Take 10-15 seconds’ rest between each move. Use the heaviest weights possible without compromising form for the best results.
