Gone are the days of pining after a super-skinny figure free from curves. The gorgeous, voluptuous bodies of celebs like Rihanna, Shakira and Beyoncé have knocked some sense into us, as well as a drive to make the most of our assets.

This bum workout will perk up your behind in no time so you can rock those cut-offs, skinny jeans or bikini bottoms with pride.

Perform 3-5 sets (depending on your level) of 10 reps of the following exercises. Take a minute’s rest once one set of each move has been completed then repeat. Make sure you use the heaviest kettlebell you can manage while maintaining good form to get the most out of this workout.
