Meditating before bed is a daily part of life for many people – it can help put the worries of the day aside and leave you in a state of total relaxation.
Though meditation is sometimes easier said than done, switching off the thoughts in your head may not come naturally. Meditation takes practice, so try one of YouTube’s many ‘Talk down’ videos. All you have to do is close your eyes and listen to the calming voice to guide you into a blissful sleep
