1. Sign up for Run or Dye
The amazing Run or Dye series kicks off this month, with the Manchester event on 18 April. Billed as ‘the world’s most colourful 5K’ it’s not to be missed. Walk, dance or run the distance, and pelt your fellow runners with dye to create a colourstorm to remember. Can’t make it? Events run throughout the summer around the country. humanrace.co.uk

3. Run Your City
Woohoo! The new WHL x Odlo run club, Run Your City, kicks off on 28 April. Pop down and join us as we explore the streets, parks and canals of Hackney. We’re meeting at Platform Cafe (Netil House, Hackney) every Tuesday from 6.45pm for a 7pm start. The club offers 5K and 8K routes – and it’s FREE!

4. Check out 1Rebel
