The thought of doing the same routine in the gym, day in day out is enough to turn you into a couch potato. Mixing things up a bit and giving yourself something to look forward to will motivate you to exercise. ‘If you’re bored of pounding the treadmill try mixing up your exercise routine by adding some winter sports like ice skating or indoor skiing in to the mix,’ Joanna reckons. Sapan also recommends investing in new workout gear. ‘Treat yourself! New gear can equal a new you, which can lead to improved motivation and performance. The better you look, the better you feel and you are much more likely to stay motivated that way.’
