3. Sleep

The benefits of getting enough sleep can’t be overstated. As nice as it would be to be one of those bionic people who seem to survive on 5 hours of sleep a night, most of us need between 7-9 hours to function optimally. The biggest complaint I hear about sleep is that people find it hard to ‘switch off’, so read some fiction for 20 minutes before bed to help you wind down. It really works!
