Recommended price:
£69.95, reebok.co.uk
Category:
Footwear
Our score:
Five out of five
Key features:
-High abrasion rubber outsole details for added durability
-Designed for breathability and comfort
-Low-cut design for flexibility and movement
In a nutshell:
Training shoes designed to be tough and durable enough to withstand the grittier aspects of CrossFit, such as rope climbs, as well as multi-directional support and flexibility to see you through even the most agile movements.
Why we like it:
Firstly, the design of the CrossFit Nano Grace appears to be much more elegant and slick than their grittier original counterpart. Next, these shoes offer superior comfort – and that’s compared to any workout shoe. They didn’t need any breaking in at all, and were just the right amount of snug while offering noticeable support in every direction needed. They also seem to be far less rigid than the original Nano, so may be more suited to high-intensity and fast-paced workouts than perhaps the big-lift aspects of training. You feel incredibly secure from the grip offered with the outsole – I tried these doing multi-directional plyo moves as well as intense conditioning, and was pretty pleased with how I was able to carry out the moves.
The details:
-Sleek design
-Snug fit for comfort
-Good grip
Our score:
Five out of five
