Afraid of putting on the extra Christmas pounds? Try our winter weight-gain workout to ward off that extra layer.
It’s begun… the mulled wine, mince pies and chocolate treats are already starting to make an appearance (even though it’s still November!) and we’re finding it increasingly difficult to say no. We’re only human, after all.
Enjoying yourself during the party season is a must – no one likes a party pooper, after all – but balancing all that indulgence out with regular exercise will help you to kick back guilt-free. And you only need to get out of bed 10 minutes earlier than usual for this one.
Try this simple workout first thing in the morning to get it done and dusted before the day’s even begun. It doesn’t require any kit, so you can even do it in your bedroom. Perform each move for 30 seconds then move on to the next without rest. Once each move is complete, take 30 seconds’ rest and repeat two more times. The workout’s only nine minutes, so remember to really give it your all.
