2. Swap Pilates for hot ballet barre

What do you get if you combine a heated room, a ballet barre, Pilates moves and ballet stretches? Sweaty! Well not just that… if you’re looking to improve your posture, strength and endurance then this newest fitness class trend is something to look out for. And the best part? You don’t have to be a dancer to pull it off.

Although hot ballet barre classes are centred round a ballet barre, it’s simply there to provide stability, balance and support as you move through exercises that target the core, glutes, arms and legs. It works to hone the body based on the disciplines of both ballet and Pilates to give you the lean physique of a dancer.

Keep your ear to the ground – the trend is just heating up over in LA and New York, so we’re excited for yet another fitness import from our friends stateside.
