Plank shoulder tap – We Heart Living

Get into a press-up position with hands in line with your shoulders and feet hip-width apart. Complete one rep by lightly tapping your left shoulder with your right hand. Return to start and then immediately lift your left hand and tap your right shoulder. Stay in the plank position for the entire exercise.
