We all love to get stuck into chocolates over Easter, but to prevent ‘moment on the lips’ regrets, here’s an Easter egg burner to help shift unwelcome pounds.

Bodyweight exercises are a great way of combining resistance and cardio. They are as hard as you make them and, by performing circuits with short recoveries, they offer a great workout. This six-move HIIT bodyweight workout will torch fat fast.

Perform each movement for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds; repeat this for four rounds before moving on to the next exercise. Each set should last two minutes, making the whole workout 12 minutes. Depending on your fitness level you can rest for two minutes then repeat the whole circuit again.

If you are unable to time your circuit, perform four to eight sets of 10-15 reps of each exercise.
