Begin with your feet together and your hands at your sides, then jump out while raising your arms. Land with your legs slightly wider than hip-width apart and your arms overhead. Jump in again while lowering your arms to your starting position. On completion of one rep, flow straight into the next rep to get a continuous movement going.
