Scissor kicks
This move will strengthen your lower abs, it’ll also firm up your inner thighs. Lying with your back flat on the floor – the back must stay flat throughout – position your hands under your bottom and raise both legs about 10cm off the ground. Shoot both legs as wide as possible, before returning them together, only with one foot above the other so that your thighs clash. Open the legs again before repeating the process, with the opposite foot high this time. Feel the burn with this one!
