Toe touches

If you want to achieve your sculpted look, you’re going to have to get that heart-rate high. This move helps you burn fat, while also increasing balance and co-ordination. Starting with your left hand high in line with your face at a 90-degree angle, place the tip of your right foot on top of a chair, roughly 30-60cm off the floor. The idea is to bring the left foot up as you lower the right – and the same with your hands. Once you’ve got the rhythm of it, try picking up the pace to fling your heart rate skywards
