Bicycle crunch – We Heart Living
40 bicycle crunches
Instructions:
Lie on the floor with your hands by your temples. Crunch up and twist your body bringing your left knee to the right elbow, whilst the right leg extends just above the floor.
Twist your body the other way bringing your right knee to your left temple and switching the extended leg to the left.
Repeat from side to side in a fluid movement keeping your upper back and legs off the floor throughout
