Jump squat – We Heart Living

30 squat jumps

Instructions:

With feet shoulder-width apart, squat down as low as possible, pushing your bottom out behind you, keeping your heels firmly on the floor.

Burst up from the squat jumping as high as possible, extending the whole body in the air.

Land softly and repeat.

Top tip:

Keep your chest up and shoulders back throughout.
