Instructions:
Start off in a plank position on your hands, with the hands shoulder-width apart and the balls of your feet on the ground.
Bend your arms to lower your body towards the ground. Go as close to the ground as possible without touching and then extend your arms to push yourself up, back to the original position, then repeat.
Top tip:
Keep the body in a straight line throughout.
