4. Balance your social life with exercise
The key to a happy life is balance and moderation. Schedule regular workouts into your routine. Just like you wouldn’t miss a meal, don’t skip that workout. Exercise is essential for both optimum mental wellbeing and physical health. Carly suggests ‘being as active as possible throughout your day. Instead of escalators and lifts always try and walk up the stairs and maybe consider getting off the bus a stop early so you can walk that extra bit to work’. Putting in the extra effort throughout your day will make you feel good. If you look and feel great, you’ll enjoy the festive season all the more – double win!
