Instructions
Start with feet together, holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides.
Take a large step to the side, bending your leading leg while bringing the dumbbells to meet in front of you.
Push back up to go straight into another rep on the other side.
Top tip:
Keep a flat back as your lower the dumbbells
