Kettlebell hand-to-hand swing
Instructions
Holding a kettlebell with one hand, bend at the hips and knees to let the kettlebell swing between your legs.
When the kettlebell begins to swing forwards again, explosively extend your hips and knees to swing the kettlebell up to eye level. Take hold of the kettlebell with the opposite hand while releasing with the other.
Bend at the hips and knees again as the kettlebell makes its way back to the start and go straight into the next rep, this time switching back to the other hand again and so on.
Top tip:
Keep your back flat and gaze forwards
