Instructions
Keeping knees bent, hinge forwards at the hips keeping a flat back.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand or a barbell with both hands, extended towards the floor.
Keeping your body still, row the weights up towards your body, squeezing your shoulder blades together as you do so.
Lower and repeat.

Keep your shoulders back and neck long
