Increase strength in your upper body with these three easy moves that boost your upper body
A weak upper body can be the downfall of many of us, whether we concentrate too much on lower body-centric cardio like spinning and running, or channel all our focus towards leg and bum-centred exercises like squats and lunges. Try these three easy exercises that’ll boost upper body strength but also get your arms looking great in no time.
Perform 15 reps of each exercise, taking a short rest between sets if necessary. Complete 3-5 sets in total.
