Plank push-up

If you’re already well acquainted with the humble plank, let’s step it up a notch. From the low plank position on your elbows, drive up into a high plank position, coming onto your right hand driving up and then joining it with the left, and then back down onto your elbows.

Do: 5-10 reps per side
