We Heart Living – Raised leg crunch

Raised leg crunch

Back on your back for this one. Raise your legs straight up from the waist. Hold your hands together behind your head. Using your abs, bring your hands up towards your ankles, gently sliding along your shins as high as you can. Slowly back down, over your head and out again. This should really get your lower stomach working.
