We Heart Living – squat jumps

Bench squat jumps

Using a bench, jump up on the righthand side, feet together, landing in a squat then standing upright. Jump back down backwards, again landing in a squat, before jumping sideways to the other end of the bench. Repeat the squat jump/standing combo before resuming on the other side.
