Single leg bridge
On your back with arms by your side, roll your shoulders under so that you’re resting on the top of your back, bum just off the floor. Extend your right leg to straight, pointing the toes on your right foot. Your left foot is flat, at 90 degrees. Now smoothly drive your hips high, keeping the right leg still so that your bum is high off the ground. You should feel this burn in your left buttock. Gently lower back down before repeating.
Do: 15 reps per side
