4. Upper body – AMRAP
There are so many exercises to choose from! Pick two exercises and do ‘As Many Rounds As Possible In 5 Minutes’ (AMRAP) and combine with two lower body exercises. For example, try push-ups, pull-ups and squats and walking lunges as they don’t require any weights. Plan on doing as many reps as you can, super setting the two exercises back to back within five minutes.
