1. Don’t worry about anyone else!
Doing a park workout while everyone else is lounging around, reading the paper or playing with their kids, can make you feel a bit awkward, but persevere! All you need to do is start small, try interval running: walk for 1 minute, run for 1 minute, after 2 minutes you’ll realise absolutely no-one is watching and you can continue for as long as you want! Find some pumping music, stick your headphones on and get lost in your amazing body.
