Straight-leg deadlift to bent-over row

Using a barbell or dumbbells in each hand, stand with feet about shoulder-width apart and legs slightly bent. Lower the bar from the waist towards the ground, keeping the weights close to your legs. When you reach the bottom position, row the barbell or dumbbells up towards your abs. Lower the bar and use your glutes to pull you back to standing position.
