Lunge – We Heart Living
Lunge
Instructions:
Stand with feet together, holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides.
Take a large step forwards, bending both legs to about 90 degrees until the back knee is just above the floor.
Push up and step back to the start, then repeat with the other leg for the following rep.
Top tip:
Keep your upper body upright throughout, taking care not to lean to either side
