Searching for an easy way to add some more superfoods into your diet? Look no further than this raspberry and goji restorer smoothie from Nicola Graimes’ book Super Fresh Juices and Smoothies. Quick to make and packed full of vitamins, it’s a great option for breakfast on the go.

Raspberry and goji restorer
Serves 2
2tbsp goji berries
4 large handfuls of raspberries or blueberries
1 large cooked beetroot/beet, chopped
1-2tsp wheatgrass powder

1. Soak the goji berries in 3 tablespoons pure or filtered water for 15 minutes until softened, then tip the berries and their soaking liquid into a blender. Add the raspberries, beetroot and wheatgrass powder as well as 250ml/1 cup pure or filtered water, then blend until smooth.

If you dislike seeds, strain the juice through a sieve before drinking.
