10. Not getting enough vits
Whizzing up a lean, green machine is one of the best ways to get your nutrition off to a good start – hello antioxidants, energy boosters and an absolute ton of vitamins! Pack your smoothie with plenty of green veggies and you’ll never look back! Try to steer clear of fruit and opt for plenty of veg instead, adding just a little bit of apple or pear at the end to boost the flavour if you really need to. If you want an extra boost you could also add in superfood powders such a moringa or baobab.
