It seems like every health nut and their grandmother is going green these days, adding greens powders to cake recipes and shotting the green stuff day and night. We wrote about the endless benefits of greens superfoods here but in short, they work wonders for digestion, energy, immunity and way more.

Start the morning with a super-quick and scrumptious green smoothie and watch your day pan out perfectly.

Blend up the following ingredients, adjusting the measures to suit your preferred texture and taste.

Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1 cup of kale
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of grapes
Ginger (optional)
