Take in the fresh air
When you think about working out, do you automatically picture an indoor environment?
Many people prefer exercising indoors, as you don’t have to worry about bad weather ruining your workout. However, a healthy dose of fresh air is beneficial for your overall wellbeing. GB Active has created a series of outdoor bootcamp workouts in which you have the amazing opportunity to train with professional GB athletes, all of whom have either competed at Olympic, World, European or National level.
