DAY 1

Breakfast

Cheesy omelette

Two-egg omelette with crumbled feta cheese and spinach.

 

Lunch

Quinoa salad with roasted veggies

Cooked quinoa mixed with roasted peppers, carrots, beetroot and rocket.

 

Dinner

Spaghetti Bolognese

Beef mince cooked with tomato puree, a stock cube, spinach and mushrooms. Serve with courgette noodles.
