THE DIET RULES

1 Drink two litres of water everyday day to stay hydrated.

2 Chew your food slowly to improve digestion.

3 Sip on herbal teas between meals to curb hunger pangs.

4 Try to eat meals at roughly the same time each day so your body gets into a rhythm.

5 Aim for eight hours sleep every night to keep appetite hormones in check and allow your body a chance to renew and restore.

 

 

SNACK ATTACK

Each day you can eat two snacks from the list below

A banana with nut butter

2 oatcakes with smoked salmon patè

1 avocado

Carrot sticks with hummus

Celery sticks with crème fraîche

2 plums and 1tbsp cashew nuts

A protein shake

1 apple with nut butter

1 pear with 1tbsp walnuts
