Poached eggs
For a brekkie that will fill you up until lunch look no further than this classic. Poach two large organic eggs and serve on one slice of wholegrain toast or toasted rye bread.
Chia surprise
Chia seeds are a real wonder food. Soak over night in some water until they expand, then in the morning add a little cinnamon and top with some squashed blueberries and a dollop of yoghurt to serve.
Avocado toasts
Roughly chop half a fresh avocado and blend with a little lemon juice and chilli. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread over toasted rye bread and tuck in!
Yoghurty treats
Pop a few tablespoons of full-fat Greek yoghurt in a small bowl and top with a selection of berries and chopped nuts.
Homemade muesli
Soak some porridge oats in a mix of half water half apple juice overnight. In the morning throw in some raisins and shredded apple and chow down!
Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
Top toasted rye bread with two scrambled eggs and a generous helping off smoked salmon for a protein packed start to the day.
Green smoothie
Blend half an avocado, an apple and juice of half a lime or smoothie maker. Add some greens powder – spirulina or wheatgrass are ideal – for an energising boost, mix again and serve. Check out our other smoothie faves here.
