Zeo launches the #DryBarContinued series
Zeo launches #DryBarContinued with free fitness classes across London. What better way to feel refreshed than by working up a sweat and then rehydrating with Zeo?
You may remember Zeo’s fun pop-up that took place in Old Street this May. Well, they’re now back to boost your fitness this autumn and winter with their #DryBarContinued series. Zeo has teamed up with a bunch of awesome brands to bring you a variety of fitness classes to get your body and mind in gear. If you’re looking for a way to warm up as the temperatures drop then give some of these fun, FREE and functional workouts a go.
Teaming up
Zeo has teamed up with some exciting brands for its #DryBarContinued series, so if health, fitness and wellbeing are your thing, you definitely have a lot to look forward to. You’ll have the chance to unleash your inner Madonna with House of Voga, who Zeo collaborated with during its last pop-up. House of Voga combines yoga and vogueing (yes, that’s really a thing!) for a unique fitness fix.
Yoga teacher and Brand & Workplace Wellbeing Consultant @aletheiayoga will also be taking yoga classes to help improve your flexibility, strength and wellbeing. Her #MotivationMonday Vinyasa Flow yoga classes will be taking place at the Zakti Active store in Islington, where you can also feast your eyes on some gorgeous activewear in store.

Ticket information
Tickets are free and limited. Zeo will be hosting a lunch and an evening session. Attend for a chance to win new yoga wear from Zakti and a month’s supply of Zeo.
