Whatever success you’re celebrating, give your toast a twist with our prosecco passion recipe. Cheers!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

25ml Opihr Spiced Gin
25ml Teisseire Passion Fruit Syrup
Prosecco
1 passion fruit
Edible gold glitter (optional)

Method:

Mix the gin and syrup in a coupe glass, top up with the prosecco and garnish with half a passion fruit sprinkled with edible gold glitter, if using.
