1. Stability ball roll-in
Instructions
Start in a high plank position with both hands directly under your shoulders, arms extended and feet resting on a stability ball with your core strong.
Bending the knees, roll the ball towards the top end of your body. Slowly push it back to the start and repeat.
Top tip:
Keep your neck in line with your spine.
