Whether you’re in a slinky dress, tank top or tee – our arms are sometimes the hardest body part to cover up. Why not flaunt your upper body with confidence by sculpting your shoulders, blasting those bingo wings and firming up your biceps? Try our women’s upper body blitz  twice a week alongside some interval training for quick results. Perform a set of each exercise one after the other with minimal rest between each set. Repeat the whole circuit 3-5 times depending on your ability.

Top tip: perform these in the order that they’re shown to allow muscle groups to recover while others are still working
