As many of us know, doing the same workouts week in, week out more than likely end in a plateau – not to mention boredom. To keep training fun and progress moving, try these five strategies to make sure the gym doesn’t end up a chore.
1. Change up your training
I often see people perform the same moves for months and months, only to see little change in their physiques. There might be a small percentage of people who can stay interested, but not many. Long-term results are far better when there’s fun to be had, so make sure you put together a routine that changes every so often, packed with moves that you enjoy and find challenging.
