The plank is a classic core move, and it works, that’s why we love it. But if you’re looking to spice them up a bit, just check out our 3 ways to do a plank, they’re our favourite variations.
Training the core is often overlooked, but not only can it help you achieve a slimmer silhouette and rock hard abs, having a strong core will also help you perform the rest of your exercises with better form – which means better results, too.
Add one of these moves on to the end of an existing workout as a ‘finisher.’ Try to hold for 1-2 minutes (depending on how experienced you are), then take a rest and try again. Or, why not perform them in a circuit format as a quick core blast workout?
