If you’re eager to challenge your fitness and endurance, try a #SUPBikeRun triathlon series from Surfdome. The exciting spin on a traditional tri is definitely worth a go.

It’s a chance to get your adrenaline running and really put your fitness to the test with a series of paddle boarding, mountain biking and trail running. Be at one with the outdoors and give it a go.

Surfdome.com – Europe’s leading online action sports and lifestyle retailer first launched their daring spin on the usual triathlon disciplines last year and saw sell out success across the country. #SUPBikeRun was the first of its kind to be launched in the UK and was an idea that originated in the U.S and Hawaii.

For 2015 they’re bringing it back, bigger and better with triathlon routes across three different parts of the UK – Somerset, the Peak District and Sussex. The process will begin with a 3km stand-up paddleboard (SUP) followed by a 30km mountain bike and finally a 5km trail run across a selection of landscapes.

Justin Stone, Managing Director of Surfdome says: ‘It’s a great opportunity to come and join us at these super fun events, to take part, to try before you buy, to watch or to try SUP at any of the numerous taster sessions at some of the most stunning venues the UK has to offer.’

If you’re scared of being thrown in the deep end on the day of the almighty event, you can train with #SUPBikeRun in the lead-up. They will be offering a range of taster sessions to coach and prepare you ahead of the triathlon – so there’s nothing to fear!
