Guilt-free dessert (yes, really!)

London Paleo Girl, Tessa Seward discovered the paleo diet after she was diagnosed with Glandular Fever and mild ME during her final year at university. So, what’s in it?

Made from coconut milk yogurt with a fruit juice concentrate, it’s free from refined sugars and contains only ‘good fats’, or medium-chain fatty acids. In other words, these fats don’t get stored away to add bodyweight, instead they are sent straight to your liver to be converted into energy. It’s also free from gluten and soy, and has a lovely soft-serve, creamy texture; somewhere between sorbet and ice cream.
